tiny sea form Letticus

Well I went to the pier in the city to watch a baseball game with my family and, while passing by the ocean, I got a big urge to draw Letticus in his sea form whenever I got back. XD I ended up drawing this chibi image of him with markers.
I haven't done any traditional pieces in a while. Sadly the green I used for his hair and tail is getting dry but I kind of like the effect it has. XD Sadly I have a very limited set of markers so I couldn't get his exact colors. = v=;

Tools: Mechanical Pencils (for sketch + lineart), Prismacolor markers and copic markers (for skin only). Done on watercolor paper (that's why it has that grainy texture. XD)
